“Jack Dempsey and John Miller tag team to deliver an exceptional, well presented, common sense approach to leadership development. For our company, they custom designed a model for our new leadership personnel to effectively manage and collaborate with their superiors, management peers and subordinates. In an 8-hour session, our new leaders were able to assess their personal management styles, identify their superior/peer/subordinate styles and learn to collaborate with each group using “mature dialogue” to derive to the continuous common goal of “creating the greatest value to the organization”.

In addition to the 8-hour session, we’ve scheduled two 1-hour follow-up lunches and a 1/2 hour one-on-one individual leader meeting in the coming weeks/months to reinforce their on-going development.
