Customer Interaction…       

Perhaps you have tried to create Promoters by focusing exclusively on your company’s products and processes. If that is the case, you could very well be failing to look at the one of the most important facets of Promoter Creation: how your Customer Interaction Employees interact with your invaluable customer base. Indeed, your products and processes may be top-notch, but if your customers are not satisfied with the way in which your company relates to them through your CIEs, they will more than likely never make that step to Promoter….and if they do, they will not likely stay there.
